"Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore." - Dorothy, The Wizard of Oz

The metaphor of Oz, a sundering of one world and falling into another. Sometimes we voluntarily jump into a set of new circumstances, other times a whirlwind picks us up and spits us out into something unfamiliar. The journey may be unpredictable, dangerous, painful, and world-shattering. But it can also be
perspective-changing, a catalyst for growth, beautiful beyond compare, and an invaluable opportunity. If you want a brain, then feed your curiosity, search for those with answers. If what you seek is a heart, simply make time for others. And if you want to see courage, by all means look in a mirror. When the world hands you something awful, turn it into something worthwhile and inspiring.  If you do this, upon returning from your journey there will be no place like home.

Gorgeous! Very, very well done. I must say that this piece is astounding in every way possible. The detail is fantastic, and I think that by adding various splotches and shapes here and there, you've created a very mysterious yet beautiful tone to it. The fact that you shaped the picture to the outline of the witch while creating a world within itself is a very difficult concept to master, but you have demonstrated it almost perfectly. The only thing that I can say is that the left of the hat is a bit difficult to make out because of the house, yet toward the right of it, you can also see a smaller silhouette which displays the picture. Also, the smoke coming out of the house could have been a bit more transparent and widespread to match the rest of the transparency displayed throughout the artwork. But other than that, you have done an AMAZING job on this piece, and I greatly look forward to seeing what you do next. Keep it up!
